Kiasmo for Umami project is a new dialogue between the artist Vincenzo D'Alba and the chef Felice Sgarra, a creative fusion between art and cuisine.

Gaster VI is a "spatial concept", a formal element where the sophistication of the graphics is used to describe the artistic potential of the chef and the restaurant.

Each plate is signed by the author on the back and comes with a warranty and authenticity certificate.
