On Tuesday 17 October, in the Hall of Honor of the Triennale, Daniele Cima will present Upcycled Words - Chapter 2.
A lateral approach to communication and art, through graphics and words.
This extraordinary alchemy is the brainchild of Daniele Cima, author of the project, which transformed the words into art, enriching them with charm and meaning and giving back the vigor for which they were born.
Daniele has revived 28 advertising slogans, for different reasons never published, written by 28 of the best Italian copywriters; he recovered them, decontextualized, re-identified and transformed into works of graphic art.
A project that wants to be a stimulus to recycle, in addition to what is matter, also the fruits of human ingenuity that have remained confined in the drawers, and that marks a revival of the graphic design season, which saw Milan as the absolute protagonist during the sixties.
The new series of 28 graphic works printed on canvas, in 99x99cm format, will be presented on Tuesday, October 17th, at the Triennale Hall of Honor, Milan.
All visitors will be distributed for free the catalogue containing the reproductions of all the graphic works, accompanied by the introductory texts by Eugenio Alberti Schatz (creative, author, curator), Marco Lombardi (president and professor of IULM advertising creativity techniques) and Cristina Muccioli (art critic and lecturer in communication ethics at the Brera Academy
