Studying in Rome, traveling for work in Europe and Asia, moving to Buenos Aires, exhibiting in Mexico City, settling down in Rieti. Life has taken Veronica to many places. A kind of journey that allowed the designer to expand her cultural insights and express it in infinite ways.
Veronica graduated in Fashion Design and Product Development at Rome’s Koefia Academy and worked with prominent Italian high-fashion brands for years, a job that allowed her to travel to many countries. In the meantime, her love for jewelry led her to attend courses and workshops with artisanal masters, but it was only when she moved to Buenos Aires that her career changed forever.
There, she studied at the Contemporary Jewelry Academy, learned about Japanese lacquer techniques and produced her first artisanal work under the patronage of master goldsmiths Jorge Castañón and Fabiana Gadano.
Upon her return to Italy, she decided to use her methodological and cultural abilities on her own creations. She launched Veronica Caffarelli Gioielli, a line of unique jewelry pieces inspired by the colors, techniques and materials she gathered from her experiences in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
A combination of different traditions that reflects her diverse background. The use of heterogeneous and well-defined shapes and colors. A way of living with no borders. Veronica transformed her approach to design into something as stimulating as her creations. And it is by making sharp, identifiable and unique artworks that she expresses herself the best.
